BLM gave $200K to radical Chicago nonprofit whose founder calls cops ‘pigs’ and worse

There’s an old saying that there’s no such thing as bad publicity, which is hopefully the disposition taken by a small group of so-called Black Lives Matter “leaders” who must be thinking that when it rains it pours.

After months of negative stories about the spending of millions of dollars of “white guilt money” that came pouring in after the death of George Floyd, as Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors characterized the $90+ million that flooded the organization’s coffers, the hits keep on coming.

During the 2021 fiscal year, the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation donated $200,000 to the Chicago-based nonprofit Equity and Transformation (EAT), whose executive director repeatedly has called cops “pigs,” Fox News reported.

Richard Wallace, who founded EAT and is the group’s executive director, is also a defund the police enthusiast.

“We be providing the analysis for the analysis of the analysis. opposed to just saying what it is. They are hunting us and will use any excuse to up a pole and end our life. That we is why we have to defund these bastards, And take control of our community cause the won’t save us,” Wallace tweeted in Oct. 2020.

And that turns out to be rather tame compared to earlier efforts that came long before Floyd’s death — Warning: Adult Language

EAT has frequently promoted Movement for Black Lives, a group that openly supports Assata Shakur, who is on the FBI’s most wanted terrorists list, according to Fox News.

Wallace being a fair representation of the cabal that ushered in the ongoing surge in violent crime in many Democrat-run urban areas, critics will argue.

As for Cullors, she didn’t stray very far from character amid scrutiny over the spending of millions of dollars of BLM money, declaring herself a victim after being accused of personally benefiting by purchasing homes for herself. One such home being a $6 million Los Angeles property that features seven bedrooms, a pool, and a soundstage.

Tax filings from 2020 show that she shared the wealth with her brother and the father of her child.

Nearly $970,000 was paid to Trap Heals, LLC, which is run by the child’s father Damon Turner, according to BLM’s IRS Form 990. Cullors Protection, LLC, which is run by Cullors’ brother, Paul Cullors, received $840,993 for “professional security services.” A consulting firm run by the group’s board secretary Shalomyah Bowers was also reportedly paid $2.1 million.

IRS filings also show that BLMGF spent over $1 million lobbying Congress on a number of issues, including pressuring lawmakers to move forward on the impeachment of former President Donald Trump.
