‘Furthering of complicity’: Harris Faulkner goes nuclear on media refusing to cover ‘Twitter Files’

Fox News host Harris Faulkner hammered the broadcast networks for failing to cover the ongoing release of Elon Musk’s explosive “Twitter Files” proving that the social media platform employed crushing censorship against conservatives.

Faulkner excoriated the mainstream media outlets during an interview with Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) who torched the left for “attacking” Musk relentlessly.

The “Twitter Files” is blowing up the Internet as it is revealed that the Hunter Biden laptop story was in fact suppressed and that high-profile conservatives were put on reported black lists, muffling their outreach and silencing their voices on the social media platform.

Twitter was crushing free speech. Some suspected it and now we know. It was a lot more though than censoring stories about the president’s son Hunter Biden. More internal communication shows the censorship ran deep. The primary target conservative voices,” Faulkner charged kicking off “The Faulkner Focus” segment.

“The second installment of Elon Musk’s so-called ‘Twitter Files’ dropped last night. A 30-tweet thread released by journalist Bari Weiss. It begins with this revelation: ‘Teams of Twitter employees build blacklists, prevent disfavored tweets from trending, and actively limit the visibility of entire accounts or even trending topics – all in secret, without informing users,'” Faulkner continued.

“Those secret accounts kept conservatives from getting too much attention and spreading facts if those facts were disfavored. We need to see the raw data now and I really want to see who is on that list,” she stated and then listed several conservatives.

Faulkner referred to reports that ABC, NBC, and CBS, among others, had given zero coverage to the “Twitter Files” as of Thursday during their morning and evening telecasts.

“According to the Media Research Center, broadcast networks ignored the first release of the ‘Twitter Files’ on Tuesday of this week, and the number of minutes spent on the topic during their flagship morning and evening broadcasts as of yesterday afternoon, exactly zero. So now you have a furthering of complicity of those in the media working together with those in social media and it all just melds together. We look forward to what’s coming,” Faulkner commented.

McCarthy stepped into the fray and noted that the White House and other leftists consider Musk’s takeover of Twitter “so concerning” because he could release documents suggesting the social media company was working in conjunction with Democrats to ban conservative users, not to mention sway elections.

Actor James Woods has vowed to file a lawsuit against Twitter after his name surfaced via the “Twitter Files,” with one of his tweets about Hunter Biden getting flagged.

“Why did they find that so concerning? Because this information would come forward?” McCarthy asked. He slammed other Big Tech companies for remaining silent on the “Twitter Files” as well.

McCarthy promised that if he is Speaker of the House come January, he will make sure there will be subpoenas and investigations into allegations relating to the “Twitter Files.” He also wants to know why they spend so much time targeting Musk.

“Why does the media spend so much time attacking Elon Musk simply because he doesn’t belong to either party, he’s just putting the truth out to try to earn trust as they build back,” McCarthy stated.

The “Twitter Files” Part Three has just dropped and they reveal why former President Trump was removed from Twitter.
