‘I know…where your family lives’: Shaun King threatens journos who reported on his exorbitant grift gig

Pretend black man Shaun King has threated two New York Post journalists for committing the supposed crime of exposing his notorious grift.

It appears the drama began unfolding either Tuesday or Wednesday, when King published posts to social media asking his rabid followers to track down the photos and addresses of the two journalists, Isabel Vincent and Kevin Sheehan.

He eventually deleted the initial round of Instagram posts and published a new round calling out the reporters by name and including a photo of each.

In the new post, he claimed that Vincent’s journalism had spurred white supremacists into showing up at his doorstep and terrifying his family.

“To Isabel Vincent of the @NYPost.⁣ You posted my house online. And caused white supremacists to show up at my doorstep to terrify my wife and kids. You interrupted our entire lives doing so. You knew that would happen when you published my home. But you did it anyway. ⁣And you did it without consequence,” King wrote.

He then bragged about knowing her and her family’s addresses.

“I know where you live.⁣ Where you used to live.⁣ Where your family lives. ⁣ Where they work.⁣ Where they play.⁣ How you move around New York.⁣ And the Hamptons.⁣ And a few thousand other people know now as well,” he continued.

He concluded his post by threatening to write articles about her.

“Here’s the thing. ⁣You can attack me. And giggle about it to your peers and your family. That’s fine. ⁣But I’m going to at least make it uncomfortable for you. You aren’t going to post about my personal life without consequence. ⁣And you can keep doing it,” he wrote.

“⁣And I’ll keep doing this. ⁣And I’ll go deeper.⁣ Soon I’m going to write articles about where you live and where your family lives. That’s what you did to me. ⁣You push harder. I’ll return it back to you.⁣ That’s the game we are playing now.”

He wrote virtually the same thing, aside from a few semantic changes, to Sheehan.

So what exactly did these two journalists do?

Vincent published a story on Sunday about King’s lavish lakefront New Jersey home.

“King, 41, moved earlier this year from a luxury two-bedroom apartment in downtown Brooklyn, to the five-bedroom, 3,000 square foot North Brunswick, NJ, property, with ‘a lakefront backyard’ and gourmet kitchen, according to public records,” she wrote.

“The property, surrounded by lush, tall trees, was purchased by King’s wife, Rai-Tonicia King, a Ph.D. candidate and educator, in November 2020 for $842,000, public records show,” Vincent added.

A day later, Bruce Golding of the Post ran a story, based on reporting from the Washington Free Beacon, about King purchasing a $40k guard dog with his PAC money. For some reason, King chose to not target Golding.

One more day later on Tuesday, Sheehan and Golding joint-wrote a piece about King defending the $40k guard dog purchase. This apparently was the story that broke the camel’s back, because either on Tuesday or Wednesday, King finally snapped.

“Controversial activist Shaun King tried Tuesday to justify his reported $40,000 purchase of a hulking guard dog as protection from ‘white supremacists’ — but failed to explain why his progressive political action committee picked up the tab,” the duo wrote.

“In a rambling Instagram post, King also railed against strict gun control laws in New York and New Jersey, insisting they kept him from arming himself to protect his wife and kids from death threats purportedly made by ‘police, military snipers and white supremacist groups.'”

Notice the fantastical nature of his claims. He’s always been like this, with his most fantastical claim being that he’s black, even though he clearly looks white.

His fantastical claims have triggered mockery for years, and the latest round of claims is no different:
