Trans-admiral Rachel Levine wants MORE Big Tech censorship to guard against gender-related ‘misinfo’

The Biden administration’s transgender Assistant Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine urged Big Tech companies to censor even more on social media platforms to crack down on “misinformation” about sex change procedures.

Levine trended on Monday via Twitter, which ironically has been exposing censorship, after a video was posted showing the health secretary calling for health workers to pressure tech companies to fight and squelch misinformation concerning “the health equity of sexual and gender minorities.”

“There is substantial misinformation about gender-affirming care for transgender and gender-diverse individuals,” Levine stated in the newly surfaced video from the May 27 presentation before the Federation of State Medical Boards in New Orleans.

Levine is the first openly transgender individual to be confirmed by the Senate. The doctor cited the “onslaught of anti-LGBTQIA+ actions at the state level across the United States,” during the speech calling them “dangerous to the public health.”

“We all need to work together to get our voices out in the front line,” Levine, who is an admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, admonished.

“We need to get our voices in the public eye, and we know how effective our medical community can be talking to communities, whether it’s at town halls, schools, conversations with others, and we need to use our clinicians’ voice to collectively advocate for our tech companies to create a healthier, cleaner information environment,” Levine continued.

Levine was hammered on social media for the presentation comments. They were bluntly called “a violation of the First Amendment,” “a disgrace and an embarrassment,” and “propaganda” on Twitter.

“The only misinformation out there is a man can be a woman and a woman can be a man,” tweeted user Ginger Ninja.

Libs of TikTok noted in a tweet, “Rachel Levine calls for big tech to censor ‘health misinformation’ impacting ‘gender affirming care.’”

“You’re not allowed to criticize Rachel Levine on other social media platforms. You will be banned. ‘To find out who rules over you, simply find out who you’re not allowed to criticize.’” conservative pundit Ian Miles Cheong tweeted on Monday.

While Levine contends that the “positive value of gender-affirming care for youth and adults is not in scientific or medical dispute,” many critics argue that minors are far too young to undergo life-altering hormones and surgical treatments.

Having breasts removed and taking testosterone turns a woman’s life upside down if they decide to reverse course causing side effects that potentially include not being able to give birth, painful intercourse, and suicidal depression, as well as disfigurement.

Before Elon Musk took the helm of Twitter, a number of high-profile accounts were suspended for describing Dr. Levine as a man, including the Babylon Bee, which ran a satirical post naming the Biden administration official as its “Man of the Year.” The Babylon Bee refused to take down the post and Twitter refused to reinstate them until they did. Since then, the Chief Twit has brought the Babylon Bee back to the platform as well as others.

Levine was simply torched on social media:
