There’s a war of words going on between Jesse Watters and Jim Acosta, and things have gotten personal.

The beef began when Fox News’ anchor Jesse Watters featured former CNN anchor Jim Acosta for standing outside the White House in search of haters to bash on President Trump’s big, beautiful ballroom that’s currently in the works.

“The Democrats are fighting over a ballroom,” Watters, 47, said on Jesse Watters Primetime last week. “Jim Acosta is camping outside the White House in tears,” Watters continued. “He’s just mad Trump’s building a big, beautiful thing during the Schumer shutdown …

“Republican presidents aren’t supposed to enjoy their presidencies. They’re supposed to be under siege and hounded out of town like scoundrels and constantly having to flip-flop and apologize and fire staff,” Watters continued.

“Not Trump. He’s making peace, building big, beautiful things, tossing sombreros on their heads.”

The fiery Fox News host also mocked Acosta with a chyron and on Facebook for his Trump Derangement Syndrome.

“JUST IN: A new STRAIN OF TDS is SPREADING— “Ballroom Derangement Syndrome”‘ Watters wrote on Facebook Friday and shared a clip with a photoshopped baby Acosta and a chyron that read: “Baby Jim wins a TDS Award.”

Acosta didn’t find the humor in Watters’ jabs and took to X to shoot back.

Several days later, Acosta took it a step further and insulted Watters for not aging well.

Acosta didn’t receive much pushback on X because he conveniently has his replies heavily restricted. Interestingly enough, he only had ONE friendly reply to each of his above posts. Not exactly a lot of support for someone who’s been in high-profile positions for years.
