Spencer Pratt, the man the media wants you to remember only as a reality-star ‘villain’ from 20 years ago, continues to make momentous waves in the Los Angeles mayoral race.
Pratt burst on the scene after his home was burnt to dust in the Palisades fire. He blames the deadly and highly destructive blaze, and the failure to respond to and recover from it, on L.A.’s current Mayor Karen Bass and California’s Democrat-controlled leadership.
Pratt has also vowed to clean city streets of rampant drug-fueled homelessness, protect animals reportedly being widely abused on Skid Row, tackle massive fraud, and bring common sense law and order back to the Golden State.
Pratt is not a silver-tongued, seasoned politician, but he proved he can, however, hold his own and then some in a recent campaign debate he handily won by all objective measures.
His down-to-earth, often humorous, and innovative campaign strategies have caught the country’s attention, and he doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon.
And why should he? His poll numbers are surging.
NEW: Spencer Pratt is suddenly within single digits of L.A. Mayor Karen Bass, with new polling showing the former reality TV star and independent candidate gaining 12 points since March.

A quick search on X yields numerous freshly made in-your-face videos and clips slamming Pratt’s Democrat opponents, including the rising political star responding to a report that socialist mayoral hopeful Nithyia Raman proposed a “backyard BBQ ban” for LA residents.
The barbecue restrictions would supposedly only go into effect on “Red Flag Warning days, when high winds and dry conditions significantly increase wildfire danger across Los Angeles,” according to the California Post.
But Pratt wants none of it, judging from his response, and plenty of X users agreed.

Sidewalk camping, public defecation, urination, and open drug use are all perfectly acceptable, but firing up a barbecue? That’s a hard no. What a clown she is.

As Pratt’s defiant BBQ video went viral, so did another animated video depicting Karen Bass and the streets of LA.

The video amassed nearly two million views in 24 hours, with ‘The Charlie Kirk Show’ Editor Andrew Kolvet reacting and calling Pratt “the single best campaigner of his generation,” on X.
Richard Grenell, President Trump’s envoy for special missions, was also one of tens of thousands who reacted positively, predicting, “It’s going to be a Pratt summer. Get involved! Save our City.”
