Eurostar train company blasted for its priorities after unveiling ‘gender neutral’ uniforms

The French high-speed train company unveiled its new woke uniform collection to less-than-stellar reviews.

“This collaboration has resulted in a collection that balances simplicity, reliability, and a metropolitan flair, symbolized through signature accessories like green Dr. Martens and a graffiti neckerchief,” Emmanuelle Plescoff, the designer behind the “gender neutral” uniforms that include skirts for men, said.

“Working with Eurostar has been a unique experience, as it is the first time I have seen a company place such strong emphasis on involving its employees in the creative process.”

Eurostar Newsroom received 17 “likes” on X for the collection debut, out of 1,700 views. That’s not great.

It reportedly took two years of deliberation to come up with the bland redesign, and many on X blasted the company for questionable priorities.
