Four-time deported illegal shoves 83-yr-old Air Force veteran onto tracks, who’s now fighting for his life

A four-time deported criminal illegal alien has been arrested yet again after allegedly shoving two random men onto the NYC subway tracks.

83-year-old Air Force veteran and grandfather Richard Williams is reportedly fighting for his life after being randomly attacked by Honduran national Bairon Posada-Hernandez, 34, on Sunday.

The younger victim suffered minor injuries and was able to record some of the attack on his phone.

Posada-Hernandez has a lengthy criminal history, including “15 prior charges for crimes such as aggravated assault, domestic violence, possession of a weapon, obstruction of police, simple assault and drug possession,” Fox News Digital reported.

The Department of Homeland Security demanded that New York’s ‘sanctuary” officials cooperate with a detainer issued against the criminal illegal.

“Bairon Posada-Hernandez is a serial criminal, and four-time deported illegal alien from Honduras who should never have been able to walk our streets and harm innocent Americans,” said DHS Deputy Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “We are praying for the victims and their families. DHS is calling upon New York sanctuary politicians to commit to this ICE detainer and not release this heinous criminal back into New York communities.”

NYC’s Department of Corrections did not directly respond to Fox News Digital’s inquiry on whether it will cooperate with the DHS’s detainer and pointed to its publicly available “Person in Custody Lookup” database instead.

“According to NYC’s custody database, reviewed by Fox News Digital, Posada-Hernandez was given $100,000 bail following his arrest on Wednesday for first-degree assault, a Class B felony. However, other public reports have indicated that he was charged with attempted murder,” Fox reported.

Unreal.

Tragically, that wouldn’t be surprising.
