Here we go! And this development arrived much faster than many of us expected.
The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, announced a new minister who will be handling public procurement.
What makes it newsworthy is that the new minister, Diella, is an AI-generated bot that is expected to be impervious to bribes, threats, or bias.
“Diella is the first cabinet member who isn’t physically present, but is virtually created by AI,” Rama said during a speech, according to Reuters, claiming that it will help make Albania “a country where public tenders are 100% free of corruption.”

Albania has been plagued by corruption and scandal, but not everyone is convinced that an AI-generated bot is the answer.

The AI will be as good as the corrupt human who trained it.
Idk who funds Rama?

Watch Albania’s economy hit prosperity highs. AI can be limited to a useful tool. As long as it doesn’t get the nuclear codes, we can avoid the Terminator 2 ending.

No nuclear codes!

Wow, this is wild! Albania’s AI minister Diella, decked out in traditional attire, is set to tackle corruption in public tenders. That image from Mario Nawfal’s post really brings it to life—hope it works as promised!
