An illegal alien, convicted drug dealer learned the meaning of “a new sheriff in town.”
Virginia Basora-Gonzalez, 36, was arrested by the Drug Enforcement Administration in 2019 while she was living in Pennsylvania illegally and was caught possessing 40 grams or more of fentanyl, according to the Daily Mail.
She was sentenced to 12 months and four years of supervised release after pleading guilty at the time, but was deported by ICE to the Dominican Republic before serving out her sentence, the DM reported.
Two other men were charged along with her with one later being convicted of possession with intent to distribute more than 100 grams of heroin, the Daily Mail added.
An affidavit filed with the court and obtained by the Daily Mail shows a confidential source notified ICE of Gonzalez’s presence within the U.S. on March 7, 2025, although it’s unclear when she returned.
ICE agents approached Gonzalez at La Tierra Del Caribe Restaurant in North Philadelphia, where she reportedly worked as a cook after confirming that she matched their source’s description.
Gonzalez was visibly emotional upon her latest arrest.

The President Trump-led government argued that Gonzalez should be detained before her trial given her previous conviction.
“This case is appropriate for detention… because of the defendant’s criminal record, lack of community ties, status as an irremediable flight risk, and lack of regard for prior court orders,” prosecutors wrote.
Meanwhile, photos of Gonzalez swept the Internet, but her tears did little to sway fed-up Americans.
IF you coming to sell drugs that kills in this country then think again..

And these are the people that the democrats want to protect

Indeed, and Dems will weaponize her tears.
Save the tears criminal. Consequences to the lives you put at risk with fentanyl, you loser. She comes into our country illegally and thinks she can put lives at harm, then sobs when caught? She deserves to go to El Salvador’s prison for what she has done.
