Jamie Lee Curtis is worried that President Donald Trump is erasing the word “diversity” from the English language, but it gets worse.
“More people of color are getting appreciation,” Curtis said at the South by Southwest Festival. “More genders are being appreciated. Diversity, inclusivity, the words that Donald Trump is trying to erase from our language, which is an abomination. It’s fantastic.”
Unfortunately, the actress wasn’t done expressing her thoughts as she weighed in on the U.S. Constitution, which she says should “grow and flow.”
“It was designed to be amended. It was not designed to be a rigid binary idea. It was designed to grow and flow as people grew and flowed. But we’ve become binary in our ideas, and the interpretation of that binary is what has gotten us into another war. I mean, it’s just awful,” Curtis said.
WHAT.
Curtis has long lived inside the protected Hollywood bubble, as her “binary” comments on the Constitution clearly show, but she has at least shown smidgeons of sanity and humanity, as when she broke the leftist narrative to express grief over the murder of Charlie Kirk.

“I mean, I disagreed with him on almost every point I ever heard him say…”

Curtis took a lot of leftist heat for that, but perhaps her latest Trump slam will further cement her social standing in elite celebrity circles.
As for the Trump administration’s response to her comments?
“Nobody in their right mind cares what out-of-touch woke celebrities in Hollywood say or think,” White House spokesperson Davis Ingle told Fox News Digital.
