A shameless vandal is “Finding Out” after defacing a World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C.

News of the vandalism went viral on Thursday, when the fountain memorial was seen filled with bubbles and marked with the bizarre message “Clean Hands Dirty $,” in red spray paint.

The U.S. Interior Department called the vandalism an “utter disgrace” and vowed to find the person “responsible for the disgusting act.”

And they did.

U.S. Attorney “Judge” Jeanine Pirro announced two felony charges against the alleged perp, Melissa L. Farris, who is currently in custody and facing penalties of up to ten years in prison.

Vandalizing our World War II Memorial is a despicable attack on a sacred monument honoring the Americans who fought and died for our freedom. Those Americans include my father and grandfather.

X users urged Pirro to slap Farris with the maximum punishment:
