NFL great Boomer Esiason is sick of hearing U.S. Olympians whine about the country they’re supposed to represent, and he’s not afraid to say so.
The former quarterback and Trump supporter said, “everybody should just pipe down and just do their sport,” after several American athletes used their platforms for leftist politicking on the world stage during the 2026 Winter Olympics.

While many reactions were in support of the ungrateful athletes, plenty of X users agreed with Esiason’s take:
