Adam Schiff is convinced a hot summer means climate crisis: ‘Just step outside and feel the heat’

Sen. Adam Schiff believes there is a conspiracy afoot, and apparently the seasons are in on it.

The Californian senator is unhappy that the Trump administration’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is attempting to “revoke the legal basis for tackling climate change.” This is among President Donald Trump’s efforts to blast through the red tape that often bogs down Washington, D.C., and keeps the United States from making progress.

Schiff took offense at this, stomping to social media to complain that summer heat in July is essentially considered a “crisis.”

“Attacking the science does not change the science. But it does make us less prepared to confront the crisis. Just step outside and feel the heat. Their denial is dangerous and absurd,” he posted.

As a quick refresher, it’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It is not uncommon for some summers to be hotter or cooler, just as it is entirely normal for some winters to have more or less snowfall. Throwing money at the government isn’t going to change this any more than putting lipstick on a pig will make it a supermodel.

Either Schiff has never been outside a day in his life, or he is just posting for attention again.

Unsurprisingly, X users raced to the comments section to mock the senator:
