Alaska imitates Florida, floats idea of ‘Bear Alcatraz’ for illegal aliens

If leftists thought “Alligator Alcatraz” was triggering, they’re going to completely lose their minds over what Alaska suggested.

While admitting that they are not seriously considering “an Alaska version of Alligator Alcatraz,” the state joked about the possibility of opening a “Bear Alcatraz” to assist President Donald Trump’s immigration efforts.

“We don’t have alligators, but we have lots of bears,” the state told Fox News.

The quip comes as Stephen Miller implored red-state governors to offer up space to the Trump administration for similar facilities.

“Every governor of a red state, if you are watching tonight: Pick up the phone, call DHS, work with us to build facilities in your state so we can get the illegals and criminals out,” Miller said to Fox.

The Trump administration, including the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, have pushed the idea of an “Alligator Alcatraz” where “the worst of the worst” can be detained until they have completed their immigration court proceedings. This not only keeps Americans safe, but puts the country first by enforcing immigration law with all the might of the U.S. federal government.
