Alex Jones drunkenly prank calls Brian Stelter on speaker phone with Tucker. Here’s how that went …

Controversial internet personality Alex Jones drunkenly prank-called former CNN host Brian Stelter while Tucker Carlson listened in.

The prank call evidently occurred sometime this week before Jones sat down with Carlson for an interview.

During the interview, which was published Wednesday, Carlson brought it up out of nowhere, much to the surprise of listeners.

Listen:

We had dinner in our barn last night. And there were some drinks. And after dinner, you and my producer called Stelter on the phone. And it was on speaker, so I listened to it,” Carlson said.

“And what was so interesting was, you’ve been very clear in a very direct, pretty masculine way, I would say, about how you feel about Brian Stelter. There’s not a lot of confusion about your views on Stelter … yet he was very kind of syrupy sweet with you,” he added.

Jones concurred.

“That’s why I was I was sarcastic and told him I wanted to date him,” he said.

“You did,” Carlson replied. “The exact line that you had was ‘Brian, I’m not usually gay, but I want you.’ And he seemed a little bit … I’m not saying he was open to it or whatever, but he wasn’t shocked by it.”

According to Jones, Stelter responded by asking him for his phone number and saying he wanted to talk more with him. The controversial internet personality responded by asking Stelter to come on his show.

That’s when Stelter allegedly asked, “Oh, you still got a show?”

To which Jones responded by saying, “No, you’re the one who doesn’t have a show.”

Fact-check: TRUE.

Stelter’s former CNN program, “Reliable Sources,” was unceremoniously canceled in August of 2022 after Chris Licht took over as chief.

At the time, Stelter tried to act surprised about the news.

“I picked a bad day to violate the ABC rule — Always Be Charging. I took the kiddos out sightseeing in midtown Manhattan and my phone’s at 2% ‍♂️,” he tweeted.

Jones meanwhile has had an independent show on his own network for ages, and this despite efforts by the mainstream press — including by folks like Stelter — to censor and silence him over his controversial views.

Prior to his ouster from CNN, Stelter was, in fact, a huge censor, spending his every day targeting dissenting voices for censorship and de-platforming.

For example, after popular podcaster Joe Rogan defended Jones’ views in July of 2021, Stelter came after him.

And so it was ironic when Stelter was the one who ultimately lost his show, not Jones. And that’s why most folks responded to the clip up top by laughing their butts off.

But there was a lot of anger too, mainly from far leftists who hate people like Carlson, Jones, and of course former President Donald Trump.

These types of people were Stelter’s former fans, and so they not surprisingly reacted to Jones’ stunt by pouting and stomping their feet.
