Roxanne Towner-Watkins, a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel who held roles at the Pentagon, U.S. Central Command on 9/11, and various command positions, offered a detailed breakdown of President Donald Trump’s primetime address to the nation that was censored by many of the national media outlets.
Towner-Watkins, an independent researcher and commentator on alternative media and geopolitical podcasts, analyzed Trump’s speech declassifying intelligence on Chinese acquisition of data for over 220 million US voters, agency concealment of election vulnerabilities, and alleged involvement of intel agencies, corporations, and officials in interference dating back to 2018.
Sharing her take on X, Towner-Watkins frames the revelations as confirming treason by FBI, CIA, and DHS for hiding evidence like compromised systems and manufactured ballots, validating 2020 election challengers and Jan. 6 participants.
“Having listened to Trump’s speech, none of the [people] who have been on the journey of uncovering the CIA and their nefarious activities were surprised by anything he said,” she began, adding that “the documents Trump declassified will expedite everything happening in the grand juries in Ft Pierce.”

She also pointed out that Trump “noted the ongoing cover-up of the criminal conspiracy to overthrow the government is being hidden by NBC and ABC,” though these networks are not alone in their selective reporting.
Towner-Watkins gets rather optimistic in suggesting that “by notifying the state governments that their election data is compromised [Trump] will force them to take action OR they will be guilty of conducting known fraudulent elections.” However, Democrats as a whole categorically deny the existence of any meaningful election fraud.
The military researcher goes on to note that Trump said the FBI discovered “China was manufacturing ballots for Biden and covered it up, and that “the CIA is required to inform the Congress and they didn’t and instead signed documents stating it was the most secure election in history.”
According to Towner-Watkins, the declassified documents can be used “to expedite what will begin to occur tomorrow: accountability.”
“[O]ver 250,000 non-citizens are registered to vote in the US. While many ppl will say we knew all of this already, this wasn’t for those who knew all of this…it was to ensure the legal system can use declassified documents to expedite what will begin to occur tomorrow: accountability,” she wrote. “It will provide the impetus to make drastic changes to the election process in the US. It now publicly forces Congress to act.”
That remains to be seen.
The post offered this eye-opening conclusion: “My caution: This requires the same organizations (DHS, CIA, FBI, etc) that committed treason to launch an investigation of their own organizations which from my experience inside government never works. It’s my opinion we have moved to another phase of the operation. The speed will increase exponentially.”
In effect, the wolf will investigate who raided the henhouse. Or, the wolf is replaced.
Nonetheless, skepticism was the order of the day when it comes to responses to the story, as seen on X:
