Video shared by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent allegedly shows how leftist protesters once again rendered aid to a child sex offender.
Dubbing themselves “legal observers,” globalist agenda-supporting radicals have justified all manner of obstruction committed against federal law enforcement — even when such actions have resulted in fatalities. Now, a Fox News congressional correspondent is sharing footage from an ICE agent who claims a Massachusetts operation to arrest an illegal alien wanted for child rape in El Salvador, who was living near a school, was blown by open border banshees, revealing their presence.
In a post on X Monday afternoon, Melugin shared the story of a “frustrated ICE agent” from Feb. 12, 2026, that included footage of raving anti-ICE protesters surrounding his vehicle, exposing the active operation against Walter Roberto Vides-Ortez.
“He told me while he & his team were in their vehicles surveilling the target’s residence in East Boston & waiting for him to come out, the ICE team was quickly surrounded by activists who blew whistles, cursed at them, and said they were traumatizing children at the nearby school down the street,” detailed the correspondent in part. “Their cover was blown, the whole neighborhood was alerted, and the child rapist wasn’t arrested.”

As the footage documents one of the protesters calling the agents “criminal,” it details that the actions of the profanity-hurling radicals allowed for Vides-Ortez to evade arrest for another four weeks.
Melugin stated, “The agent says the target, a child rapist, was on the streets four weeks longer than he should have been because activists interfered without having any clue who they were protecting — and they [are] dealing with this almost every day.”
“On March 10, ICE Boston arrested Walter Roberto Vides-Ortez,” ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston detailed Sunday, “a criminal illegal alien and foreign fugitive from El Salvador during targeted operations in East Boston, Mass. Vides-Ortez illegally entered the United States in June 2016 without inspection.”

A similar incident was reported in January in the days between the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti as Operation Metro Surge was underway in Minnesota. An agent could be heard telling anti-ICE activists who had adopted a strategy of stalking agents and their vehicles, “We’re here to arrest a child sex offender, and you guys are out here honking.”
While they claimed to be the press, he continued, “That vehicle right there is honking and impeding our investigations while we’re trying to arrest a child sex offender. That’s who you guys are protecting. Insane.”
