U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez just doesn’t seem to learn.
Once again, the New York Democrat and “Squad” member tried to dunk on a conservative and ended up stepping on a rake when her attempt at a joke buried her in a blistering look in the mirror.
Ocasio-Cortez reacted by mocking an ad announcing a new coffee venture by former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. The Republican touted the new Rudy Coffee in a one-minute ad highlighting the three varieties of organic beans. Purchases of the product will help support a nonprofit organization helping veterans and first responders.
“Does anyone remember falling asleep with the TV on as a kid and waking up to the weirdest ads on at 2am?” AOC wrote on X.

But she soon got more than she bargained for as X users pointed out her hypocrisy.

Most embarrassingly, AOC’s attempt at a joke essentially landed with a thud as X users turned the tables on her snarky post.
