Barron Trump’s business partner says they will not relaunch joint luxury real-estate venture

The business partner of Barron Trump has some insight into what the future doesn’t hold for the son of President Donald Trump.

In July 2024, Barron teamed up with two business partners, Carter Fulcher, and Cameron Roxburgh, to launch a luxury real estate business called Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc. According to business filings, the company was incorporated in Wyoming but was later dissolved on November 14, 2024, one week after his father won the presidential election.

Roxburgh spoke to Fox Business, revealing that “As of now, the company will not be relaunched.” He had previously told Newsweek that the project had been paused due to the election, and to avoid related media coverage.

Originally, the group planned to largely focus on luxury real estate projects like establishing golf courses and other properties in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. This is likely due to Fulcher’s family being prominent in the Idaho real estate business, and the cousin of Rep. Russ Fulcher, an Idaho Republican.

Barron has been in the news more frequently following his 18th birthday. In September 2024, BizPac Review reported that he was expected to join a cryptocurrency X Spaces discussion with crypto entrepreneur Farokh Sarmad, but he never showed up.

“We took too long. We’re gonna try and get him back,” Sarmad said.

“Damned teenagers! I’m like the old boomer now – the grumpy old man with a white beard,” Don Jr. joked.

The president himself joined the stream to introduce World Liberty Financial (WLF), crediting Barron with introducing the idea to him.

“Barron knows so much about this. Barron’s a young guy, but he knows – he talks about his [crypto] wallet, he’s got four wallets or something, and I’ll say ‘What is a wallet?’ But he knows it inside out,” Trump explained of his youngest son’s tech prowess.

Trump has also praised Barron for helping him draw in younger voters, who typically avoid voting Republican until they’re a little bit older.
