A Best Buy whistleblower who was fired for exposing the company’s anti-Christian bigotry is reportedly firing back with a lawsuit.
“BREAKING: Best Buy has fired the whistleblower Enis Sujak @CocoWarfare who went public after exposing a manager’s ban on Christian symbols at the workplace,” James O’Keefe, head of O’Keefe Media Group, announced in a tweet Saturday.
“Enis will go on offense and bring civil rights lawsuits against Best Buy for violating the law!” he added.

This news comes almost a month after O’Keefe published undercover audio footage recorded by Sujak of his manager, Mike Hirsch, arguing that employees promoting LGBT culture is fine but promoting Christianity is not.
According to a write-up from OMG, their conversation centered around an incident that occurred earlier “when another employee, Athena Cruz, a well-being ambassador, was giving a history on the LGBTQ Community in the workspace.”
“Enis Sujak decided to walk out of the session, having later stated that he doesn’t care about ‘who you sleep with’ and that he didn’t think that a lifestyle that needed to ‘preached’ to them in a work environment,” the write-up reads.
Sujak subsequently confronted Hirsch about this issue, asking him “why don’t we have Christian stuff all over” the way they have LGBT stuff all over.
“They’re not the same,” Hirsch argued, making the case that believing in Christianity is a choice but being a part of the LGBT community isn’t.
“You are choosing to believe in Christianity or Muslim or whatever. You choose that,” he said.

“He and I had a very long conversation. It was like an hour, 30 minutes of him and I just going back and forth, with him telling me it was work appropriate to have all this LGBTQ stuff that’s going on in the office and everywhere else, but it’s not OK for me to be a Christian my self and have a Bible right over there or have a cross or a Quran or anything like that,” Sujak later told O’Keefe.
“That’s not work appropriate, but having that LGBT pride flag everywhere else — that is appropriate, and I’m not standing for it,” he added.
Nor are other Christians, many of whom have been blasting Best Buy on Twitter, vowing to never purchase a product from them again.

@BestBuy is a disgusting company. First, they actively prevent White people from entering their leadership training program. Now, they are trying to ban Christian symbols. BOYCOTT @BestBuy. They offer NOTHING you can’t get somewhere else for equal or lesser value. Best Bigots.

@BestBuy Because you fired a whistleblower who was speaking out because Christian symbols were disallowed & a particular training course doesn’t allow whites, I will never shop there again.
You people are racist and I’m using the term properly. Be ready 4 the backlash from us!

I will never walk through @BestBuy doors ever again.
– Your prices are inflated.
– Your staff is ignorant of the products you carry, and also refuse to stock shelves .
– No, I don’t want a Credit Card.
– With this latest development you don’t want Christians as customers. pic.twitter.com/j4zhZT2hAz— Bubba Jones (@OwnFearandChaos) September 3, 2023
@BestBuy needs to feel the @budlight treatment. The company fired an employee for blowing the whistle on them for pushing LGBTQ stuff while actively preventing any Christian symbolism. Satanic bastards. pic.twitter.com/M1UtFPQzYB

Notice what some Twitter users wrote about BestBuy “actively prevent[ing] white people from entering their leadership program.” This is true.
Another Best Buy whistleblower previously exposed that the company is running a management training program that’s not open to white candidates.
“As part of Best Buy’s commitment to develop and support our employees who identify as Black, Indigenous or People of Color (BIPOC), we’ve partnered with McKinsey & Company to offer the McKinsey Management Accelerator program,” the company’s website states.
“The McKinsey Management Accelerator program focuses on professional career development by customizing its curriculum and discussions to the unique situations, experiences and opportunities of BIPOC professionals. The program is set up in a mini-MBA-style that covers topics like strategy development, critical thinking, networking and problem solving.”
The website goes on to explicitly note that the program is only open to blacks, Hispanics, and Asians.
