Now that President Biden has essentially been put out to pasture by his party the cognitively challenged 81-year-old doesn’t bother faking it anymore.
Biden traveled to Westby, Wisconsin on Thursday to announce $7.3 billion for clean, affordable, reliable electricity for rural America, funded via the Inflation Reduction Act, and while speaking he essentially admitted that the bill to fight inflation was little more than a front for the Green New Deal.
Good afternoon from wet and soggy Westby, Wisconsin (about 30 miles from La Crosse).

Slurring as badly as ever and struggling to complete sentences, Biden went off-script at one point to say of the Inflation Reduction Act, “The most significant climate change law ever… and by the way, it is a $369 billion bill, and it’s called, er… we should have named it what it was.”
The Trump campaign was quick to call attention to the admission:

The bill earmarked $369 billion to fight the “climate crisis” via clean and renewable energy programs and is part of Biden’s Investing in America agenda.
And while the Inflation Reduction act was billed by the left-wing Environmental Working Group as “the single biggest investment in clean energy and decarbonization ever adopted by Congress,” the regime at least kept up the mirage that the bill was intended to fight inflation not codify the Green New Deal — until Thursday.
“The investment announced today is the largest investment in rural electrification since the New Deal and is part of the President’s Investing in America agenda, which is lowering costs, creating jobs, and bringing new opportunity to communities and families across the country,” the White House claimed in a statement.
Social media could see that the gig is up now that Biden has been passed over… here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:

It was never “The Inflation Reduction Act,” it was the “The Inflation Production Act” or “The Green New Scam.”
