Biden asks how well you’re going to sleep at night under ‘ultra-MAGA policies’

One might be surprised that President Joe Biden has time to use scaremongering tactics to attack Republicans on social media given that he has his hands full dealing with 40-year high inflation, the highest average gas prices America has ever seen, mothers stressing over the uncertainty of being able to feed their babies and hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants invading the United States month in and month out.

With failure on every front and his approval ratings now further down in the basement than he was when running for office, Biden — or the Ivy League intern likely running his Twitter account — seems to be embracing the old adage that the best defense is a strong offense, as he saw fit to attack Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and other Republicans.

Employing his focus-group approved “ultra-MAGA” tactic, the president is falling back on an old staple — the GOP is going to take away your Social Security.

“Ask yourself: How well are you going to sleep at night knowing that every five years Ted Cruz and other Congressional Republicans pushing ultra-MAGA policies are going to vote on whether you’ll have Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid? That’s their plan,” read a tweet from the president’s official account.

Interestingly, the targeted demographic here appears to be senior citizens. Then again, with Hispanics abandoning this president in droves and more and more black voters casting a leery eye, perhaps this is the only group of voters Team Biden feels they may still have a chance to reach.

The tweet was a play on Biden’s recent AFL-CIO speech, where he spoke of the GOP boogeyman coming to take food off your table while detailing a plan presented not by Cruz but by Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla.

Never mind that his claim does not appear to be true, as social media user Ross Schumann explained here:

But these are the so-called adults… here’s a quick sampling of the drubbing ol’ Joe took as a result of the tweet:
