Biden denounces SCOTUS for not letting him throw his opponent in jail

President Joe Biden capped off a Democrat day of rage at the Supreme Court by attacking a co-equal branch of government for not allowing him to throw his election opponent in jail.

On Monday, the highly-anticipated ruling on presidential immunity came down, dealing a severe blow to the regime lawfare campaign against presumptive GOP nominee Donald J. Trump who is unlikely to be tried by Biden’s Justice Department before the election, if ever.

In his first national television appearance since his disastrous debate performance, the 81-year-old fumed over the ruling and did himself no favors with a public that’s questioning his competency in a four-and-a-half minute rant that ended with him shuffling off without taking questions.

“This is a fundamentally new principle, and it’s a dangerous precedent because the power of the office will no longer be constrained by the law, even including the Supreme Court of the United States,” Biden said, lying about the ruling which upheld the previously widely accepted concept of presidential immunity.

“The man who sent that mob to the US Capitol is facing potential criminal conviction for what happened that day and the American people deserve to have an answer in the courts before the upcoming election,” Biden said, fuming over the ruling. “The public has a right to know the answer about what happened on January 6 before they are asked to vote again this year.”

“The American people must decide if Trump’s embrace of violence to preserve his power is acceptable. Perhaps most importantly, the American people must decide if they want to entrust the presidency to Donald Trump once again. Now knowing, he’ll be even more emboldened to do whatever he pleases, whenever he wants to do it,” the geriatric leader fumed.

“Mr. President, will you drop out of the race?” Biden was asked by a reporter as he turned his back to the press and walked off, exiting a door to his rear.

Biden’s remarks were seen by some as an inadvertent confession that he’s the one behind the unprecedented abuse of the legal system to take out his top political opponent.

“Tonight’s rant from Joe Biden is further evidence that all of the lawfare against President Trump was cooked up by Biden and his team. The corrupt lawfare against Trump was their main election strategy and they’re furious that it’s backfiring on them,” said Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) who is on the shortlist for Trump’s running mate.

Biden’s unscheduled statement was delivered in orangish-colored facial makeup that was plastered on, an apparent overcompensation for his pallid look at the CNN debate that may have ended his reelection hopes.

Earlier in the day, after the ruling was announced, the Biden-Harris team put out an unhinged statement riddled with lies.

“Today’s ruling doesn’t change the facts, so let’s be very clear about what happened on January 6: Donald Trump snapped after he lost the 2020 election and encouraged a mob to overthrow the results of a free and fair election. Trump is already running for president as a convicted felon for the very same reason he sat idly by while the mob violently attacked the Capitol: he thinks he’s above the law and is willing to do anything to gain and hold onto power for himself,” the flailing campaign said, also finding a way to wedge in the “bloodbath” hoax.

“Today’s Historic Decision by the Supreme Court should end all of Crooked Joe Biden’s Witch Hunts against me, including the New York Hoaxes – The Manhattan SCAM cooked up by Soros backed D.A., Alvin Bragg, Racist New York Attorney General Tish James’ shameless ATTACK on the amazing business that I have built, and the FAKE Bergdorf’s “case.” PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!,” Trump said in a post to Truth Social.
