Biden mocked for Weather Channel interview, says he wanted to abolish offshore drilling

President Joe Biden has made it his mission to impose the Green New Deal agenda on America to stave off the alleged climate apocalypse so it was probably inevitable that he would one day sit for an interview with The Weather Channel.

On Tuesday, Biden sat down with the outlet to promote his climate change policies that put the nation on a risky course toward a “sustainable” future without historically reliable fossil fuels as he pursues the regime’s war on weather, but his choice to get the message out had already drawn a hurricane of mockery before it even aired.

During a trip to Arizona where he dedicated a new national monument that will protect nearly 1 million acres of land from new mining for uranium, the prophet of climate doom discussed extreme weather events with the meteorologist Stephanie Abrams using the spectacular view of the Grand Canyon as a backdrop.

In a teaser for the interview, Abrams asked Biden whether his not following through on campaign promises to end new drilling would adversely impact the 2024 election turnout with America’s youngest voters who are most susceptible to climate cult propaganda.

“Let’s talk Gen Z because they’re going to play a big role in the next presidential election, and many of them are angry about the 7,000 oil and gas permits you approved since you’ve been in office. You promised no new drilling on federal land or offshore. Can you tell Gen Z that you haven’t broken your promise?” Abrams asked.

Biden responded, “Yes because the courts overruled me. The courts said I couldn’t do it. I wanted to stop all drilling on the East Coast and the West Coast and in the Gulf. But I lost in court.”

“The private sector’s coming off the sidelines. They’ve invested $250 billion in alternative energy. They’re building solar facilities. They’re building… you know there’s electrolyzers to take hydrogen and turn it… I mean there’s so much going on,” he added.

“Finally, finally, no one can any longer deny that we don’t have a problem with climate change,” Biden said.

Biden’s choice of The Weather Channel, not exactly an outlet known for covering real news, for the interview where he would not have to worry about serious problems, not the least of which is his family’s political corruption, was blasted by Twitter/X users.

“Well this makes sense since Joe Biden called Hunter’s business partners over 20 times to discuss the weather…,” tweeted Chad Gilmartin, a spokesman for Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy.

“President Biden granted a rare interview Tuesday to the Weather Channel, having avoided media questions since July 13. What’s the bet he won’t be asked about the bombshell testimony of Devon Archer, the implosion of Hunter’s sweetheart deal, and cocaine found in the White House,” said Miranda Devine of the New York Post.

“Climate change and global warming are the greatest threats to human beings on planet Earth and that is why this interview is so important,” said Byron Allen, Founder/Chairman/CEO of Allen Media Group, the parent company of The Weather Channel, according to PR Newswire. “Understanding the effects of climate change and the actions necessary to combat it can help save lives. Saving lives and protecting property is the core mission of The Weather Channel. We are proud to be leading the climate conversation with the president of the United States and other world leaders.”

“Experts say extreme heat is already costing America $100 billion a year, and it hits our most vulnerable the hardest: seniors, people experiencing homelessness, and disadvantaged communities,” Biden tweeted over the weekend. “That’s why we’ve taken unprecedented action to combat the climate crisis.”

Biden’s Weather Channel interview will be airing on Wednesday morning starting at 6 a.m. ET and is also available via the outlet’s streaming app.
