What with the media campaigning for him, President Biden seldom left his basement during the 2020 presidential election and now that he is in office, the feeble, 80-year-old president is floating through a first term with little scrutiny from the very industry that’s largely responsible for him being there.
Biden seldom holds press conferences or sits down with journalists and when he does, it’s hand-picked individuals like NBC’s Lester Holt, who are deemed safe, or Democratic allies like late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.
The latest installment of this ruse designed to paint a false image of transparency was a sit down with “PBS NewsHour” anchor Judy Woodruff, where Biden once again portrays to the American people that he is being controlled by others — with Fox having the Super Bowl this year, it remains to be seen if Biden sits down for the traditional presidential interview before the big game or of the PBS interview will be sold as an acceptable alternative.
Woodruff asked Biden at one point, “You said just possessing classified documents is, you said, ‘totally irresponsible,’ so what was totally irresponsible about the fact that you had some?”
“They’ve informed me not to speak to this issue,” he replied.

Biden also blamed the movers for not going through “every single piece of literature” in the PBS interview.
“But one of the things that happened is, what was not done well is, as they packed up my offices to move them, they didn’t do the kind of job that should’ve been done to thoroughly go through every single piece of literature,” he said.
Fox News host Jesse Watters called out Woodruff for not holding the president accountable when he claimed he “invited” the FBI to come look for classified documents at his properties.
“I made — voluntarily and no one had to threat to do anything, I voluntarily opened every single aperture I had with the house and office for them to come and look and spend hours looking at my home. I invited them,” he said.
As Watters noted, Biden “never invited the feds” to his beach house, that they “invited themselves,” and his attorneys “outlined parameters” of where agents could search.

The belief that Biden’s “handlers” are really running the show is widespread and the president continues to reinforce those concerns. He often tells reporters that “they” will get mad at him if he takes questions.
Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story from Twitter:
Ummm, who is “they.” We would all like to know who is actually running the country.

The obvious follow-up question is “who are THEY’?” Also, despite “yhey” telling him not to talk about it, he talked about it and blamed “the movers “ for not going through all the papers. So his “movers” had top secret security clearances??
