Bidens suffer another blow with underwhelming book deal

Joe Biden stammered, stumbled, and wavered through his time in the White House, and life doesn’t appear to be getting easier for him.

Biden claimed earlier in July that he had been working his “tail off” to finish his memoir. Still, it appears few people or publishers were interested in the memoir, which was sold to Hachette Book Group for a paltry $10 million.

To put that in perspective, the Obamas scored a whopping $65 million for their memoirs, and Bill Clinton received $15 million for his over 21 years ago.

President Trump reportedly didn’t bother with a memoir after his first term, according to the Daily Mail.

Some of the reported setbacks for the Bidens are that hardly anyone will believe Joe’s claims, and his wife Jill won’t give up the goods.

The latest Biden memoir will reportedly cover Joe’s cognitive decline during his tenure in the White House, his prostate cancer diagnosis, and infighting with fellow Dems before he dropped out of the 2024 presidential race.

The problem is, Americans were lied to for four years about these issues (and many more), so why would it be any different in a memoir?

The demand for real information reportedly lies with what Jill Biden knows, but she is unlikely to talk anytime soon.

“She could write a very explosive book if she wanted to,” a former White House aide told the Daily Mail.

“She’s his grudge-holder for sure, and there are definitely plenty of people she will never talk to again, but it’s unlike her to take public swings at specific individuals or lay blame. It’s just not her style. That’s what is going to sell books, though,” a former Biden aide said.

Jill Biden was rumored to have been furious with top Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Barack Obama, and, of course, Kamala Harris after Joe was unceremoniously ousted from the presidential race. Hopes that she would go scorched earth in revenge are quickly evaporating, as is any desire for a Biden book.
