Numerous black religious leaders have been spewing hateful bile, bigotry, and lies about Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk in the wake of his assassination, including Rep. Jasmine Crockett’s own pastor.
Pastor Frederick Haynes is the senior pastor of Friendship-West Baptist Church in Dallas, and according to Crockett, he’s her pastor:

On Sunday, Haynes falsely preached to his audience that Kirk had been “killed by a white Christian.”
The truth is that his killer was deeply steeped in left-wing orthodoxy and radicalism despite growing up in a white Christian family.
Furthermore, while describing Kirk as a white Christian, Haynes made air quotes, as if to suggest Kirk wasn’t a real Christian.
And lastly, Haynes mocked Kirk’s death by making a comment about “white on white crime.”

Haynes was by no means the worst. Next up was Pastor Howard John-Wesley of the Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, Virginia.
A true hatemonger, John-Wesley projected himself onto Kirk by accusing the loving deceased husband and father of having “spent all of his life sowing seeds of division and hate into this land.”
“I’m overwhelmed seeing the flags of the United States of America at half-staff, calling this nation to honor and venerate a man who was an unapologetic racist and spent all of his life sowing seeds of division and hate into this land,” he said.
“And hearing people with selective rage, who are mad about Charlie Kirk, but didn’t give a damn about Melissa Hortman and her husband when they were shot down in their home,” he added.
That is false. Republicans condemned Hortman’s death. But more importantly, they didn’t react to her death with celebration.
It should also be noted that the evidence points to Hortman’s killer being either apolitical or leftist, given that he’d previously worked for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, a rabid Democrat.
But John-Wesley wasn’t done with his lies and hate.
“Do not tell me I ought to have compassion for the death of a man who had no respect for my own life!” he continued. “I am sorry. But there’s nowhere in the Bible where we are taught to honor evil.”
“And how you die does not redeem how you lived. You do not become a hero in your death when you are a weapon of the enemy in your life,” he added.
In no way, shape, or form did Kirk ever demean the pastor’s life. Nor did Kirk exhibit the type of actual demonic evil radiating from the likes of John-Wesley and his rabid base.

John-Wesley concluded his inane rant with a spiel about the alleged plague of “white supremacy” infecting America.
“I’m overwhelmed daily by the historical lies of the narrative of white supremacy and the nation that caters to white guilt and forces me to prove the equality of my blackness every day,” he said.
“I am overwhelmed listening to the voices of those who think they have this singular right to define and determine who belongs in America and who is an American, when it was my forefathers and my foremothers who built this land. I am overwhelmed,” he added.
Last up is Imam Ismail Saleem, who preaches his hate in Norfolk, Virginia. During a sermon last Friday, he insulted those who’ve had the decency to express sympathy/empathy over Kirk’s tragic murder.
“You see, the problem today is with empathy,” he said. “And the problem that we see currently in these last couple of days is the empathy is for the family and friends of the racist person. Does anybody hope that this man’s children grow up to be like him or continue his legacy and his work?”
“Some people empathize because they are not good people themselves,” he added.

FYI, during his 31 years on Earth, Kirk supported numerous charities and organizations, offered countless young men and women mentorship, and fought tooth and nail for free speech.
What, meanwhile, have Saleem and his ilk done for others!? Nothing, it would appear, besides infecting their hearts with hate.
