‘Butch non-binary’ high school teacher shares students’ first lesson of the year

A “butch non-binary” teacher announced her priorities as a high school teacher.

Mauerhan shared plans to inform students and their parents of preferred pronouns with an emailed introduction that’s all about “me.”

“My job as a teacher is to educate people, and if that means I get to educate parents too, awesome,” Mauerhan said.

On day one, Mauerhan’s students will be treated to a “pronoun lesson.”

The clip shared by Libs of TikTok caught the eye of Fox News’ host Laura Ingraham, who chipped in, “At least Chase doesn’t have an annoying affectation when speaking.”

But that was one of the nicest reactionary comments found on X:

Meanwhile, a video of another high school teacher is also going viral.

“I have SENIORS that cannot read. I have SENIORS that cannot write,” a clearly troubled man says about his alleged students.

Now that should be a priority.
