The past proved prologue for President Donald Trump as he warned an ongoing “catastrophe” overseas will be shipped stateside if Democrats “ever gain power again.”
Throughout President Joe Biden’s administration, long caravans of illegal aliens marched on the United States southern border, overrunning places like Eagle Pass, Texas, following his insistence of a “surge” during his 2020 campaign.
Ahead of the important midterm elections and the critical 2028 presidential election, national sovereignty remains a pressing issue as Trump warned the globalist left will see to it that the latest invasion overtaking a Spanish city will “look small time” if they reclaim power.
During a cabinet meeting held at Camp David on Friday, the chief executive addressed the situation in Ceuta where thousands upon thousands had entered the city since Thursday: “You know, I saw Spain yesterday, and I watched the catastrophe that took place.”
“It was a catastrophe. It looks like an invasion of a country by hundreds of thousands of people, and that same thing is gonna happen to us if the Republicans don’t get elected — except worse. Much bigger, much easier to get into, despite the fact that we have built thousands of miles of wall, which I said we were gonna do,” continued the president, who went on to add, “We have the safest border in the world. If we’re not in office, our country will be invaded at levels that make Spain look small time.”

As reported, swarms of primarily military-aged men were seen overwhelming the border of the autonomous city of Spain located at the north of Morocco, with many of the invaders later seen wreaking havoc throughout Ceuta thanks to the adoption of policies friendly to illegal aliens.
Trump made note of the legislative self-destruction as he said, “They passed a couple of laws, and people read, you know, people are smart, they read from other countries, and they swam that three-mile swim, or however they got in. But nobody’s seen anything like it. That will look good compared to what’s gonna happen to the United States.”
“The biggest thing, the worst thing that Biden did is allowing 25 million people into our country, because many of those people are criminals. They’re murderers,” he added before remarking on the success of deportations.
The president doubled down on his position with a statement on social media, captioning footage of the invasion from the water, stating, “What’s happening with Spain, with tens of thousands of illegal immigrants invading it, happened in the United States during the Sleepy Joe Biden Administration, and it will happen again, only worse, if the Dumocrats ever again gain power.”
“DON’T LET OUR COUNTRY BE DESTROYED,” warned Trump. “VOTE REPUBLICAN, AND BE PROUD OF THE U.S.A.”

In the wake of the invasion, a number of European nations opted to suspend the Schengen Agreement of 1985 that allowed for border crossing between participating countries to be more like travel throughout the United States.
Italian Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani posted to X, “The temporary suspension of #Schengen with Spain is a necessary choice to safeguard the security of our citizens and defend the European borders. A measure provided for by the treaties and made unavoidable today.”
“The migrant crisis in #Ceuta reminds us that the management of the Union’s border is a shared responsibility among our countries, one toward the other,” continued Tajani. “We must work together to prevent uncontrolled migrant flow from entering EU territory, with all the consequent risks and the threat of terrorism, which must be countered without hesitation.”

Signaling support, the State Department indicated, “The United States stands with the people of Spain, and all Europeans, against this egregious violation of their sovereignty and human rights. This unacceptable incident is the direct result of the Spanish Government’s deliberate efforts to enable and facilitate mass illegal migration into Europe.”
The brief statement went on, “We are considering actions to defend Americans at home and abroad from this threat and stand ready to assist other European allies considering similar options.”

Given the president’s warning about the potential future domestically, it’s worth noting the wife of New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani — himself the current face of socialism for the Democratic Party — opted to spend the Independence Day weekend on a retreat in Spain, as reported by the New York Post.
Rama Duwaji was counted among the hosts of the event, and a subsequent event in France, run by The Women’s Sanctuary that stated the specific intent to gather “to reclaim our history and pay tribute to the Women of Al-Andalus,” referring to Spain under the control of Islam that began after conquest in the 8th century.
