Catherine Herridge highlights damning Hillary tidbit in Durham report that ‘many of us saw years ago’

The long-awaited Durham Report confirmed suspicions held by many conservatives and Republicans, but one finding may prove just how low some people will go to win.

CBS’s Catherine Herridge tweeted about the report early Tuesday morning.

“[Durham] does deep dive 2016 IC referral to FBI leadership first reported [by CBS News] Fall 2020. ‘…candidate Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning …candidate Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public from her private email server.'”

The entirety of the section reads: “On 07 September 2016, U.S. intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral to FBI Director James Comey and Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strozk regarding ‘U.S. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning U.S. Presidential candidate Donald TRump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.”

This news, while not shocking to many who had followed the news cycle closely during the 2016 presidential race, still angered Twitter users:
