Charlamagne predicts ‘de-MAGA-ification of US,’ Trump regime prosecuted and tried as war criminals

Urban radio show host Charlamagne tha God has predicted that one day the conservative Christian ideology underpinning MAGA will be banned just like Nazism.

Speaking on his radio show this Monday about the shooting death of armed left-wing protester Alex Pretti by federal immigration agents, Charlamagne first ranted and raved about the Trump administration’s initial insistence that Pretti’s decision to carry a firearm to an anti-ICE protest was illegal.

“How many people who serve this regime are going to continue to wipe their ass with the document that represents the Supreme Law of the United States?” he began with a rhetorical question, according to Fox News.

“That document is the Constitution. I thought this document quite clearly outlined the structure of the federal government and guaranteed us fundamental rights. But clearly, that changed, and nobody told ‘We the people,'” he added.

“You ask, ‘Why did he bring a gun to a protest?’ Why do people bring guns to Starbucks?” Charlamagne continued, turning his attention to Pretti. “Now all of a sudden it’s wrong to carry any and everywhere, even though we live in a country that lets you carry damn near any and everywhere?”

“Well, that’s what happens when you are under an authoritarian government. Okay? They are hellbent on distorting our reality,” he said.

Charlamagne then finally got to his core argument, which appeared to be that there’s some sort of similarity between the MAGA movement (and its conservative Christian underpinning) and Nazism:

“I’m gonna tell y’all something, America, I don’t know how dark or how bad things are gonna get, but I keep hearing people referencing 1940s Germany,” he said. “But I want y’all to remember something when you are bringing up that history. The Nazis ultimately lost.”

“Nazi ideology was outlawed through denazification. One day, we will see the de-MAGA-ification of this country. It will come. And you know what else happened? Leaders of the Nazi regime were prosecuted and tried as war criminals,” he added.

Charlamagne’s ridiculous comparison prompted a wave of clapback on social media, where critics questioned his intelligence and his grip on reality.

This rhetoric from Charlamagne is similar to what was heard from Democrats and their delusional allies during President Donald Trump’s first term in office.

Yet despite the left’s predictions, Trump eventually won reelection, took the White House again, and still remains decently popular with an average approval rating of 43 percent, according to RealClearPolitics.

In addition, the MAGA ideology he compared to Nazism is just basic Republicanism and includes simple, innocent beliefs like the following: The border should be secure, illegal aliens should be deported, law enforcement should be respected, and people should abide by the law.
