Charlie Kirk offers marriage advice to Taylor Swift: ‘submit to your husband’

Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk is hopeful that pop sensation Taylor Swift’s engagement to NFL star and Pfizer promoter/spokesperson Travis Kelce will drive her toward conservatism.

Speaking this Tuesday on his eponymous podcast, Kirk first theorized that Swift being perpetually single is the reason why she has been such a flaming liberal.

“Maybe one of the reasons why Taylor Swift has been so annoyingly liberal over the last couple of years is that she’s not yet married and she doesn’t have children,” he said.  “I say [this] as a husband and a father: having children changes you. Getting married changes you.”

“And I hope that America’s biggest pop star marrying the pharmaceutical spokesperson ends up conservatizing them. Taylor Swift might de-radicalize herself. She might come back down to reality,” he added.

Kirk continued by sharing his hope that Swift and Kelce “have lots of children” so that Swift can get back in touch with her conservative roots.

“It teaches you something about yourself,” he said about folks having kids. “Deep down, I think Taylor Swift actually was raised as a conservative that has gotten kind of caught up in this metropolitan liberal stuff, and she doesn’t quite have an attachment to the conservative backbone that she was raised in.”

“But this might reattach her in the best possible way. And I’m not saying this sarcastically. I’ve seen this happen time and time again. When people start to get married and have children, it starts to change your politics. It starts to clarify your worldview,” he added.

Kirk then hypothesized that having kids could transform Swift “from a cat lady” and “liberal [with a history of ] endorsing Joe Biden” to “a JD Vance supporter.”

“We want Taylor Swift on Team America,” he asserted. “We want you to leave the island of the wokies, and we would welcome you with open arms.”

Kirk next turned to analyzing Swift’s past. He argued that the reason conservatives have in the past generally been “at least a little bit negative on Taylor Swift” is because she hasn’t been “a great role model for young women” with her decision to prioritize career over family.

The good news, he continued, is she now has a chance to change that.

“It’s a chance for Taylor Swift now to get married and have a ton of children,” he said. “You can certainly afford it, Taylor.”

So can Kelce, whom Kirk picked on for promoting Pfizer.

“Pfizer pays well, baby,” he said. “I mean, Pfizer pays the bills. That is quite a ring, Mr. Kelce. I’m impressed. I gotta be honest, we don’t know exactly how much Pfizer paid you to peddle that product, but boy, you brought in the Benjamins, sir.”

“That is some impressive—that is some impressive carats right there. That right there has its own zip code. I’m impressed,” he added.

Concluding his thoughts, Kirk again reiterated his hope that Swift becomes more conservative and also gave her some tips on how to get started as a married woman.

“All kidding and sarcasm aside, this is something that I hope will make Taylor Swift more conservative, engage in reality more, and get sound outside of the abstract clouds,” he said.

“Reject feminism, submit to your husband, Taylor—you’re not in charge. And most importantly, I can’t wait to go to a Taylor Kelce concert. I can say it without laughing. You gotta change your name if not, you don’t really mean it. Congratulations, Taylor,” he added.

Kirk isn’t the only one who’s predicted that Swift will become significantly more conservative as a wife and mother.
