CNN deploys its house doctor to diagnose Trump after big speech: ‘Very disturbing’

To get a feel for how shameless CNN anchor Jake Tapper is, he is focusing on President Donald J. Trump’s mental health, using the fact that he ignored President Joe Biden’s obvious mental decline over four years as a motivating reason.

Desperate to push a desired narrative, Tapper rolled out CNN’s house doctor, Jonathan Reiner, after Trump’s address to the nation this week to talk about how “alarmed” he was over the president’s “manic cadence.”

“I thought the content was just standard fare that we’ve become accustomed to. But it was the way it was delivered,” said Reiner, a cardiologist who treated the late former Vice President Dick Cheney. “It was delivered in with a manic cadence, almost a frantic cadence. It was as if you felt like you were listening to a podcast, and that kind of manic delivery was very disturbing, very pressurized speech. And as the address went on, the cadence of his remarks became quicker.”

“We’ve never seen the president like that,” Reiner claimed. “He seemed almost frantic. And it was disturbing to watch. It was disturbing because he’s the commander-in-chief. He’s not just the head of the government. He’s the commander-in-chief of the greatest armed forces this world has ever seen.”

As noted on social media, Reiner was among those preaching that “all is well” after President Biden took a terrible fall onstage in June 2023, after addressing graduating cadets at the U.S. Air Force Academy’s commencement ceremony.

While giving Biden a complete pass for much of his presidency, the media cites bruising, swollen ankles, and “mysterious scans” to obsess over Trump’s health, proving that when it comes to the president, there is no floor in how low they will go in their fevered quest to destroy him.
