An anti-Israel group presumably located at Columbia University isn’t coping well with the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
The organization, Columbia University Apartheid Divest (CUAD), wrote “Marg bar Amrika” in an X post following the successful joint strikes by the United States and Israel. In Persian, this means “Death to America.” The post was quickly removed by X, but that didn’t stop the group from doubling down on the sentiment in a second, also-removed post.
“X forced us to delete our ‘marg bar amrika’ tweet in order to gain back access to our account but the sentiment still stands,” they reportedly wrote, according to the New York Post.
Keep in mind that these are the same people who, in April 2024, established an encampment on the school’s campus with a list of five demands that included divesting from “companies and institutions that profit from Israeli apartheid, genocide and occupation,” “calling for an immediate, permanent ceasefire in Gaza,” and publicly ending its relationship with the New York Police Department.
Columbia University also took to X to state that the group is not officially recognized or affiliated with the school in any way.

The University in July 2025 stated clearly its zero tolerance policy for this unaffiliated, unrecognized group. Read more here: https://t.co/nFerWi0E3x.
We also took action against its illegal use of the University’s name.

Columbia has become a cesspool. A breeding ground for anti American groups.

Start taking funding away from these universities.
