Crybully Taylor Lorenz makes excuses for fans of alleged CEO killer

Former Washington Post writer Taylor Lorenz is back, and she’s defending the fangirls of the man who allegedly killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

During an interview with CNN, Lorenz mocked the “millionaire media pundits” who are aghast at the support Luigi Mangione, Thompson’s alleged killer” has received. She went on to claim there’s a “disconnect” between what the media reports and how Americans truly feel, which has fueled growth in her own audience.

Watch:

“It’s hilarious to see these millionaire media pundits on TV clutching their pearls about someone stanning a murderer when this is the United States of America — as if we don’t lionize criminals,” she said dismissively. “As if we don’t stan murderers of all sorts. We give them Netflix shows.”

The support of Mangione includes large numbers of females, many of whom find him “revolutionary.”

“You’re gonna see women especially that feel like, ‘oh my God, here’s this man who’s a revolutionary, who’s famous, who’s handsome, who’s young, who’s smart, he’s a person that seems like this morally good man,’ which is hard to find,” Lorenz noted of the suspected murderer.

“Yeah, I just realized women will literally date an assassin before they swipe right on me. That’s where we’re at,” quipped Donie O’Sullivan, CNN’s MisinfoNation host.
