David Limbaugh is weighing in on the assassination of Charlie Kirk with a thought-provoking religious take.
The nation watched as a man whose only desire was to debate liberals on the battlefield of ideas was ruthlessly and violently executed in front of a crowd in Utah. The shocking scene prompted outrage, anger, sadness and calls to action, as some shed their humanity to cheer on the murder. But Rush Limbaugh’s brother believes that the moment may also serve a greater purpose: Religious awakening.

But X users believe that the two events aren’t mutually exclusive. If anything, some say, the two events could very well be “building upon each other” to bring more people, especially young people, into the religious fold.
Many things like Asbury laid the groundwork for God to move. It started opening a door into the hearts of young people. Some plow, some plant, and some reap the harvest.

David, I agree. However, IMHO, the leadership at Asbury dropped the ball. Their semester should have been suspended & they should’ve allowed the Spirit to do His work in His time, as long as it took. Instead, they cut it off for the sake of the semester and the revival died
