Dem staffer fired over raunchy Senate gay sex video and that may be the LEAST of his problems

The male congressional staffer who was recorded having raunchy gay sex in a Senate hearing room in a viral video has lost his job and that may be the least of his worries.

Despite facing the other way during the amateur porn shoot in which he was rear-ended by an older man, the randy young staffer was identified as Aidan Maese-Czeropski, a 24-year-old aide to Democrat Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland who fired him on Saturday.

In a statement that given the humiliating nature of the situation was understandably brief, the senator’s office announced that it had terminated its relationship with the now-former staffer.

“Aidan Maese-Czeropski is no longer employed by the U.S. Senate. We will have no further comment on this personal matter,” the statement read.

In the video which was alleged to have been circulating on gay websites and was obtained by the Daily Caller, Maese-Czeropski is seen in an act of anal sex that leaves little to the imagination other than his face which was blurred out in footage published by the outlet although it wasn’t long before he was outed.

Maese-Czeropski was also identified as the staffer who accosted Rep. Max Miller (R-OH), a Jewish lawmaker who said that the now-former Cardin aide belligerently confronted him and yelled “free Palestine” another example of the strange alliance of homosexuals and Hamas.

The soon-to-be unemployed staffer confirmed that he was in the video by playing the victim in a combative statement posted to the networking site LinkedIn on Friday.

“This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda. While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgement, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace,” he said, despite the damning video evidence to the contrary.

“Any attempts to characterize my actions as otherwise are fabricated and I will be exploring what legal options are available to me in these matters,” Maese-Czeropski added, also denying that he was the staffer who anti-Semitically berated Rep. Miller.

In addition to being out of work, the former aide could also be on the receiving end of legal problems as the Capitol Police are reportedly investigating the incident.

According to constitutional law expert and George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley, the steamy man-on-man incident could be in potential violation of some D.C. laws “including lewd, indecent, or obscene acts” and misuse of government property although it is unclear whether the video tryst would be trespassing.

“Staffers have access into such rooms, but the question is whether this unofficial use would constitute trespass. It also uses an official area for personal purposes, though it is not clear if there were any commercial benefits garnered from the video found on various sites,” Professor Turley wrote on his blog on Saturday.

Prior to his firing, the Daily Mail reached out to Maese-Czeropski’s mom who “implied her son had been left distraught by what had happened.”

“You don’t want to know how he’s doing,” Magdalena Rivera Maese told the outlet.
