President Donald Trump’s crackdown on crime now includes the second-largest city in Tennessee, where more than 200 federally deputized officers are taking part in the Memphis Safe Task Force — National Guard troops are also gearing up to assist in “eradicating crime.”
CNN was in Memphis, reporting on 13 state and federal law enforcement agencies converging on the city, including members of the FBI, ATF and DEA, and the live report was photobombed by a man who was carrying a sign that read, “Democrats Destroyed Memphis.”
“This man just singlehandedly DESTROYED the BS narrative CNN was pushing,” influencer Nick Sortor posted on X, while sharing footage of the photobomb. “The people WANT HELP!”

The Democrat-run city of Memphis has one of the highest violent crime rates in the country and is seen as one of the most dangerous cities in America, though the left insists that crime is at a 25-year low.
Attorney General Pam Bondi, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, and White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller visited the city on Wednesday.
Miller declared they will “liberate this city from the criminal element that has plagued it for decades,” assuring police officers, “Whatever you need to get it done, we’re going to get it done.”
“You are unleashed,” he told law enforcement in the city. “The handcuffs you’re carrying? They’re not on you anymore, they’re on the criminals.”

On Thursday, Bondi shared some of the immediate effects of their efforts.
“In just 72 hours, our Memphis Safe Task Force is making an incredible impact in this iconic American city,” she posted on X. “Yesterday 40 arrests were made including a Tren de Aragua terrorist, a felon in possession of a firearm, a man wanted for rape of a child, and an arrest for assault on a federal officer.
“To date, there have been 93 arrests and 28 illegal guns seized. Our work is saving lives,” Bondi added. “My message to law enforcement is simple: we have your back!”

One sign. One patriot. Total CNN meltdown. ‘Democrats Destroyed Memphis’ lit up the screen—and the truth can’t be censored. Thank you, President Trump, for standing up for Memphis!

My son is a firefighter/ Paramedic. He says it’s the wild west there, a complete shit show. He runs calls, averaging 15 hours, in a 24 hour shift. He says he can’t wait for them to come and clean it up.

So great! Haven’t gone to Memphis in years because of crime. Can’t wait to go again. We don’t have to live like this. Sad it takes Trump coming in because Dems refuse to keep citizens safe, but much better than so many deaths every month!
