DHS shares new video showing minutes leading up to deadly ICE shooting

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shared a video that shows the minutes leading up to the fatal shooting of Renee Good.

On Saturday, the official X account for the DHS posted a three-and-a-half-minute video that appears to show an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation. In the clip, a vehicle’s horn can be heard, and the camera pans over what is believed to be Good’s Honda Pilot parked in the street.

“The media continues to fail the American people in their reporting on the events in Minneapolis. New evidence shows that the anti-ICE agitator was STALKING and IMPEDING a law enforcement operation over the course of the morning. The evidence speaks for itself. The legacy media has lost the trust of the American people,” the account wrote.

This comes amid a dispute over whether the ICE agent involved in the shooting acted reasonably and lawfully. Federal officials have continued to defend his actions, while Democrats condemn the shooting that resulted in Good’s death.
