‘DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR’: Jasmine Crockett called out for dehumanizing murder victim of illegal alien

U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) seems to adhere to the school of thought that the louder and more disruptive you are, the more it bolsters your argument — or, at least, the more it assures media attention and the corresponding financial beneficts.

The Democrat dared to refer to Kayla Hamilton, a young woman who was sexually assaulted and murdered by an MS-13 gang member in the U.S. illegally, as a “random dead person.” It goes without saying that the 20-year-old victim was a white woman.

Crockett’s callous remark came during a House Judiciary Committee markup discussing a bill written in Hamilton’s name. The bill requires Health and Human Services to collect and provide to Homeland Security information about all adult residents of the household, including name, date of birth, Social Security number, immigration status, contact information, and the results of background and criminal records checks regarding the placement of unaccompanied alien children.

“You take a situation, and then you exploit what has happened to not only that person, but you exploit those families, and you make it a game,” Crockett shouted at the hearing. “Stop just throwing a random dead person’s name on something for your own political expediency.”

On a positive note, Javier Martinez, a 17-year-old migrant in the U.S. under Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) status, was convicted of sexually assaulting, restraining, and strangling Kayla to death, and was sentenced to 70 years in prison in April, according to Fox News.

U.S. Rep. Russell Fry (R-SC), the author of the legislation, blasted Crockett for her “disgusting rhetoric,” saying it’s shameful behavior” to “dismiss her life so callously.”

“Let me be clear: Kayla Hamilton was not just a random person,” Fry told Fox News. “She was a young woman with a family and a future.”

“Sadly, this is what we’ve come to expect from Democrats, who will take any opportunity to downplay the tragedy of Americans killed by criminal illegal aliens,” Fry added. “I expect Mrs. Crockett to issue a full, public apology to Kayla’s family and to every American who has suffered because of her party’s reckless, open-borders agenda.”

He must not know Crockett well, given his expectations.
