Disputed report says Stephen Miller is calling for more ICE raids at Home Depots and 7-Elevens

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller has established new target locations for immigration raids, according to a new disputed report.

President Donald Trump’s anti-illegal immigration campaign has been very successful, but Miller believes there is more work to be done. To this end, he reportedly demanded that top employees work to ensure higher deportation numbers. According to anonymous sources quoted in a Washington Examiner article, these high-ranking officials were asked why they weren’t “at Home Depot” and “7-Eleven.”

“Miller came in there and eviscerated everyone. ‘You guys aren’t doing a good job. You’re horrible leaders.’ He just ripped into everybody. He had nothing positive to say about anybody, shot morale down,” one of the nameless officials claimed. “Stephen Miller wants everybody arrested. ‘Why aren’t you at Home Depot? Why aren’t you at 7-Eleven?'”

Those in attendance claimed that both the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the White House had indicated that targeting criminal illegal aliens had been the primary goal, so they had prioritized that over the general immigration population.

“Miller said, ‘What do you mean you’re going after criminals?’ Miller got into a little bit of a pissing contest. ‘That’s what Tom Homan says every time he’s on TV: ‘We’re going after criminals,’” the official claimed of the conversation between an ICE employee and Miller.

However, ICE Deputy Assistant Director of Media Affairs Laszlo Baksay contacted the Examiner to say that many of the claims made by the nameless sources were simply not accurate.

“Stephen Miller did not say many of the things you state.”

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem also reportedly addressed the gathered group, encouraging them to “do more” to address the massive problem of illegal immigration.

“‘You guys are doing an OK job, but you’re not doing enough. You need to do more,’” the source said.

“Baksay added that ICE arrested nearly 1,600 illegal immigrants on Wednesday, May 28, one of the highest days since Trump took office,” the article reported.

While Miller has not released a statement on the claims made in the article, he has publicly said that he is looking to ramp up illegal immigration arrest numbers.

“Under President Trump’s leadership, we are looking to set a goal of a minimum of 3,000 arrests for ICE every day, and President Trump is going to keep pushing to get that number up higher each and every single day, so we can get all of the Biden illegals that were flooded into our country for four years out of our country,” he said during a segment with Sean Hannity on Fox News.
