Dolly Parton’s sister swats at hornet nest with Twitter rant: ‘White people aren’t all evil’

Dolly Parton’s sister, Stella, is being slammed by incensed leftists as a racist in the wake of a number of what seem to be anti-woke tweets including a thread where she proclaims that “white people aren’t all evil.”

Stella Parton, 73, is by no means a conservative. She fully supports President Biden and seems to have issues with evangelical Christians. Parton has gained a following of rabid leftists for her criticism of Trump Republicans, her stances on national issues, and her hatred of Fox News. This led the woke mob to believe she was one of them.

Recently, she blasted illegal immigrants, Critical Race Theory, and the sentiment that police departments are inherently racist. This has caused her to be savaged by those who once thought she was part of their clique.

Parton now asserts that her account was hacked. She claims that she believes in equal justice and respects freedoms. The singer stated that her views are not predicated on politics but on “human rights.”

Nevertheless, the left has turned on her it seems as she speaks about equal justice.

“What good is a career if you stay silent on crucial issues affecting our ‘free society’ or is ‘freedom and Justice for all’ just one big ole fat lie? Does that just mean white males in America? Cause is sure looks like it to me.” she asked on Twitter.

“Bottom line is; none of us will have a career to get back to if we don’t start speaking out about some of the appalling things going on in our country. We will be hunkered down with our loved ones trying to survive missiles or bullets flying over our heads,” Parton added.

She inexplicably ticked off her followers with a tweet on February 23 concerning the police.

“Once I had a next door neighbor/white guy steal mail from my box and forge my checks that I had used to pay my monthly bills. The police did nothing. How racist is that?” she asked on Twitter. “It’s human rights. We all have rights and when someone violates your human rights, it’s a crime against you!”

She went on to claim, “It was three white police officers who assaulted my human rights in my home. Does that make me a racist?”

Then she threw gas on the fire.

“I know this is an inconvenient truth but there’s also a hell of a lot of reverse discrimination in this country as well. It gets a bit much to have spent almost 74 yrs. on this planet and to see how far we have reverted back to such ignorance and opportunistic BS by people of all stripes in America. Other countries are just as racist and just as crime ridden but everyone points at America but all humans are flawed, no matter your make or model,” she asserted.

“Stop cherry picking and acting so self righteous y’all. I’m no better or worse than anyone else. I’ve always paid my taxes. Never been in jail or arrested but I’ve been accused of just about everything. Yet, I’m law abiding by choice. I want to do the right thing. It just feels good and telling the truth is a good thing. Let someone else be phony. I’m gonna be my self. You don’t like it, I don’t give a flying leap, scroll on or delete. I’m not your problem your attitude is your problem,” Parton wrote.

“When is the last time black people have included or stood up for the indigenous/native Americans in this country? It’s all a me me me mentality in America. White people aren’t all evil and I resent that accusation from my perspective. Many of us believe in equality for all,” she remarked.

She kept on going and took aim at the death of Tyre Nichols.

“Memphis Tennessee had five black cops in a (special) group beat and murder a young innocent black kid for no reason. They lied and said he was driving reckless. Total officers fired was seven, all black,” Parton tweeted. “Was this a race crime or evil running loose m [sic]? Black comedians get…up and joke about using the N word but whites can’t use it. They think that’s hilarious. How is that for making things better? Some white people are trying to make things better but what about a lil help? You have a platform, use it for good not devision [sic].” Parton tweeted.

She nailed Critical Race Theory on February 24 and raged against tearing down statues as well.

“While we’re at it let’s talk about critical race theory being taught in schools. I think it definitely should be taught, if it includes Native Americans, Chinese Americans and Hispanic Americans, many were here before our ancestors stepped foot on American soil,” Parton commented.

“Also, how does it work for us if we wipe out the present history by tearing down the monuments who were hero’s to some, when we should just do the opposite and erect more monuments of any and all heroic figures in our inclusive history? Or is it an insult for me to point this out?” asked. “I am white after all so that makes my point invalid, is that it? I personally, see no use for monuments except as art.”

She told the Daily Beast in an interview, “All humanity has a right to equal justice, respect freedom. I have always felt this way, even before growing up in the 60s. My mother taught us that all humanity was equal in the eyes of the Creator.”
