A question on aspirations further proved that victimhood status and hatred for President Donald Trump are the main planks of the Democrat Party, as Don Lemon spoke to his own possible political future.
“What level of delusion is this exactly?”
In case it wasn’t evident enough that much of government has devolved into political theater, self-styled journalist and former CNN host Lemon may be entertaining the idea of throwing his own hat into the ring for an unspecified office. Of course, contemplating as much couldn’t come without first slighting large swaths of the American public as he insisted difficulties would be baked in because, “I’m not a white man…”
“Look, if I wanted to, I know people are gonna think I’m crazy. This is gonna be the headline, and people are gonna laugh about it,” he told guest host and MSNBC castoff Alex Wagner on “Pod Save America,” “I think I could be president of the United States. I could definitely run this country better than Donald Trump.”
When asked if he’d ever run for office, Lemon paused before giving a non-answer about scrutiny of his life and then pulled the victim card, “I’m not a white man and the rules are different for me.”

“Do I ever think about it? Yes. Could it happen? Yeah, it could happen if the opportunity presented itself, the right opportunity presented itself,” he went on. “Am I at that point now? No. And I know people are going to say Don Lemon is crazy.”
“Look, why can’t I think about running for office? Why can’t I think about being president of the United States when, look at what we have?” the podcaster said, once more shifting the discussion to criticizing Trump. “Did anybody think Barack Obama, as he says, this guy with a funny name that’s from a mixed background, did anybody ever think that he would become president, that he had that aspiration? I don’t have an aspiration to become president, but I do think that I could run this country a lot better than Donald Trump.”
In a statement to Fox News Digital, the same podcaster who was indicted with dozens of others for alleged conspiracy against the rights of religious freedom after storming a Minnesota church contended, “As a person of faith, I’d have to first consult with my creator about that. If she (my creator) gives me a sign, and so do the people, then it’s game on. Somebody has to fix all of the sh*t Donald Trump f*cked up.”
Of course, Lemon also suggested he could run a news organization “better than most people,” contending, “I’ve been in the game for so long, and I’m not interested in being, you know, the anchor out front. I could come in and fix the bulk of their problems and lickety-split in no time flat.”
Reactions to his claim hardly agreed, as one social media user countered, “What level of delusion is this exactly? The man cannot get a MSM job, let alone be taken seriously as a candidate for political office at any level.”
This is how someone with NPD acts; they don’t live in reality. If they did? Their ego would collapse in on itself.

I’m getting old and wise enough now to immediately recognize someone who surrounds himself with “yes-men”. Lemon has never heard a disagreement he didn’t mistake for an insult.
