Video has surfaced showing Vice President Kamala Harris protesting and chanting “Down, down with deportation!” despite claiming that she’s now tough on the border.

The protest took place when Harris was still a senator in California. Now that she is running for the presidency she has hypocritically flip-flopped on the issue of the border and illegal immigration, gaslighting as many Americans as she can into believing somehow she’ll secure the border despite four years that prove otherwise.

The Daily Mail got a hold of a video showing Harris taking part in a 2018 Los Angeles parade protesting the deportation of illegal immigrants. In the background is her husband Doug Emhoff and his daughter Ella Emhoff. She was the grand marshal of the 33rd annual parade which is usually held to celebrate the legacy of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. according to the media outlet.

“Up, up with education, down, down with deportation!” Harris chanted in the protest with other radical leftists.

“Other prominent figures who joined her in the parade included a one-time rising television star Jussie Smollet who was featured in the show Empire, a fictional story of a struggle for control of a hip-hop production company,” the Daily Mail reported. “Smollet, wearing sunglasses and a Times Up t-shirt held a young girl and joined Harris in the throng of protesters.”

Smollett was found guilty in January 2019 of perpetrating a hate crime hoax, claiming he was ambushed and assaulted by two men wearing MAGA hats. He claimed they had poured bleach on him and placed a noose around his neck. None of that was true but Democrats, including Harris, pushed the fake allegation even after the disgraced actor was found guilty of making it up.

Harris was one of the leading voices crying “racism” and pointing a finger at former President Trump and his followers after the attack. She called it an “attempted modern day lynching” on X. She still hasn’t deleted the post.

Despite Harris attempting to get voters to forget she was instrumental in throwing the borders wide open under President Biden, she now asserts she will be tough on illegal immigration. Her record shows the exact opposite as she helped usher in millions of illegal immigrants.

“Harris followed through with her goal of reducing deportation once she got to the White House. According to data released by ICE, the Biden administration’s actions in office resulted in a 67 percent decline in removals of criminal aliens compared to the Trump administration,” the Daily Mail noted.

“In the first three years of Trump’s administration, ICE removed 485,930 illegal aliens with criminal confiscations or pending criminal charges. The Biden-Harris administration, however, only removed 158,931 criminal aliens or pending charges,” the media outlet pointed out.

In an instance of sheer cognitive dissonance, while claiming she will get tough on the border, Harris is now shrieking that Trump’s vow to deport illegal immigrants will result in “mass deportation” camps.

Kamala Harris is out fear-mongering, trying to scare the American people into voting for her with talk of mass deportation camps. But let’s set the record straight—she’s the one pushing a fantasy.

“They have pledged to carry out the largest deportation, a mass deportation, in American history,” Harris declared during a speech at an event hosted by the​​ Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. “How’s that gonna happen, massive raids? Massive detention camps? What are they talking about?”

Trump fully intends to deport illegal immigrants much to the horror of Democrats who are seeking to make them a permanent voting demographic.

“We are getting the criminals out and we are going to do that fast, and we know who they are,” Trump told journalist Sharyl Attkisson. “We are not a dumping ground. We are going to get all those people out and we are going to get them out fast and we have no choice because that is not sustainable by any country.”
