‘Waffles on Trump!’ Trump drops by Waffle House and the crowd goes wild

If former President Donald J. Trump is worried about the Biden regime’s banana republic move against him he sure isn’t showing it and the 2024 GOP frontrunner dropped by a Georgia Waffle House on Saturday where he was warmly welcomed with the surprise visit also blowing up on Twitter.

Two days after he was indicted by President Joe Biden and AG Merrick Garland through their proxy, Special Counsel Jack Smith, a defiant Trump spoke at the Georgia state Republican convention and then swung by the popular eatery where he shook hands and signed autographs while accompanied by Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene (R-GA) who has been one of his most loyal congressional supporters.

“Waffles on Trump!” Trump reportedly shouted as he entered the restaurant located on Veterans Parkway in Columbus, drawing cheers from the roughly 100 people who were gathered there.

“Biden’s gonna be scattered, smothered, chunked and covered. #Trump2024,” tweeted MTG with a video of the former president entering the restaurant, accompanied by his Secret Service detail who were seen with “a to-go bag full of food,” according to a local news outlet.

“I love you, Donald!” one woman shouted at the pro-American ex-POTUS. “I love you!”

“How are the Waffles here? How are the waffles? Are they good?” Trump reportedly asked the crowd of surprised Waffle House customers. “Cause I got to try one!”

“You need to get pecans on it, Mr. President,” a customer reportedly said.

Other video shows Trump graciously meeting with customers and signing autographs.

One woman in the crowd, the owner of Ruth Ann’s restaurant made a meatloaf for Trump using his mother’s recipe.

“Mr. Trump! We made your mother’s meatloaf for you,” the woman shouted.”Can you take it on the plane?”

“Don’t eat too many waffles,” Trump told the crowd, thanking them for their warm response.

“This baseless indictment of me by the Biden Administration’s weaponized department of injustice, will go down as among the most horrific abuses of power in the history of our country,” Trump said during his speech to Georgia Republicans before he dropped by the Waffle House. “Many people have said that, Democrats have even said it.”

“Biden is trying to jail his leading political opponent, an opponent that’s beating him by a lot in the polls,” he added. “Just like they do in Stalinist Russia, or Communist China, no different.”
