‘Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges?’ DOJ official floats new probe into Jill Biden

Questions about who knew what and when regarding former President Joe Biden’s health had one Justice Department official posing the argument for “Criminal Charges” against the former first lady.

Years of corporate media turning a blind eye or worse on matters of Biden’s declining cognitive ability have brought the dominoes crashing down with his announcement of an “aggressive” prostate cancer diagnosis. As many have questioned the plausibility that the condition was not assessed during the president’s administration, Leo Terrell looked to former First Lady Jill Biden as he asserted, “Elder Abuse!”

The senior counsel to the assistant attorney general for the Civil Rights Division in the Justice Department, who once was a Fox News contributor, reacted Sunday to a post from commentator Ian Jaeger, who wrote, “She knew about President Biden’s health problems. But still wanted him to run for President. Evil.”

Terrell shared the post with the caption, “Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??”

Sunday’s suggestion was not the first time that Terrell challenged the Biden family’s treatment of the 46th president. In November 2023, he spoke with Dagen McDowell and Sean Duffy on Fox Business’ “The Bottom Line” ahead of Thanksgiving and argued Biden’s loved ones should encourage him not to seek re-election.

“This is the time because, let me tell you right now, his wife, his children, his family — they should all be together for Thanksgiving. And I’m telling you right now, I want to be very clear as a lawyer, this is elder abuse! It’s embarrassing. It’s painful,” said the attorney. “It’s cringeful to see Joe Biden out there and everyone knows – his family knows better than anyone else, to put him out there – and it’s torture for him to go out there.”

“They need to talk to him and they need to set aside his ego and say, ‘Hey, in the good of — for the best of this country and for yourself and for your health, you got to step aside.’ If the election was held today … Donald Trump wins this election by a landslide today, and he’s gonna win it by a landslide in Nov. 2024,” added Terrell.

On Sunday, he also drew attention to a memo written by then-White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor after Biden’s disastrous debate performance against Trump that addressed visits from Dr. Kevin Cannard, a neurology specialist. In the memo, O’Connor contended that Cannard was seeing patients at the White House, but not Biden.

“It’s always the cover-up! Americans do not like liars!”

While it remains to be seen if O’Connor will face a subpoena as many people have called for, the former first lady’s former press secretary, Michael LaRosa, made an appearance on “Fox & Friends Weekend” ahead of the cancer announcement and made the case that White House insiders “were allergic to transparency.”

“I mean, the very first day walking into the White House, the usher was fired, and I couldn’t get reporters straight answers because nobody would give me straight answers,” LaRosa offered as an example.
