Elon Musk’s ‘want ad’ turns some heads: ‘Looking to hire a VP of Witchcraft & Propaganda’

Twitter owner Elon Musk posted a rather unusual Help Wanted ad on Sunday, proving that he continues to have fun with the acquisition of the social media platform.

“Looking to hire a VP of Witchcraft & Propaganda,” Musk jested.

The tweet appears to be in reference to actress Megan Fox, who apparently suggested she would perform witchcraft outside of conservative commentator Robby Starbuck’s house, sharing a photo of “witches holding a carcass-eating ritual” along with the caption: “me outside rob starbucks house.”

Starbuck drew her ire after accusing Fox of “child abuse” over how she was raising her sons, suggesting that she was forcing them to have long hair and wear feminine clothing — Fox has three sons with ex-husband Brian Austin Green: Noah Shannon, 10, Bodhi Ransom, 9, and Journey River, 6.

“i really don’t want to give you this attention because clearly youre a clout chaser, but let me teach you something…,” Fox wrote via Instagram, proper grammar and punctuation apparently being beneath her.

“irregardless of how desperate you may become at any given time to acquire wealth, power, success, or fame – never use children as leverage or social currency. especially under malevolent and erroneous pretense,” she added. “exploiting my child’s gender identity to gain attention in your political campaign has put you on the wrong side of the universe.

“i have been burned at the stake by insecure narcissistic impotent little men like you many times and yet i’m still here,” Fox concluded. “you f*cked with the wrong witch.”

For what it’s worth, Green disputed the claim made by Starbuck — photos notwithstanding.

“It’s a totally bogus story,” he told TMZ. “There are only a few people in their world that can actually verify [whether] or not a story like this is true and I can tell you with absolute certainty it is not.”

As for why Musk posted the Help Wanted ad, Icelandic entrepreneur Haraldur Thorleifsson posted a tweet arguing that truth and morality no longer exist in the United States — reasoning that is hard to argue.

“A lot of people on the left don’t seem to realize that the US is living in a post-truth, post-reason, post-ethics world. Reality doesn’t matter anymore, right and wrong don’t matter, facts are no longer a thing. It’s all gone. Act accordingly,” Thorleifsson tweeted.

“That’s why I’m looking for a VP of Propaganda (and Witchcraft)!” Musk replied.
