Fox News host Mark Levin tore into former Attorney General Bill Barr and “weasel” former Vice President Mike Pence over the latest Biden Justice Department’s charges against former President Donald J. Trump.
Levin appeared on Thursday’s edition of “Fox & Friends” where he discussed Special Counsel Jack Smith’s “crap” indictment that puts the 2024 GOP frontrunner’s fate in the hands of jurors who will be drawn from an area that overwhelmingly despises him and a hostile D.C. judge appointed by Barack Obama.
After first addressing Barr’s remarks suggesting that Trump’s First Amendment rights are invalid because they took place within the context of a larger conspiracy and dissecting the indictment, Levin slammed the two former top Trump administration officials.

“This indictment, Mr. Barr, is crap! And the reason they didn’t bring insurrection, and seditious conspiracy is because there was no insurrection and seditious conspiracy. …,” Levin raged, slamming the former AG over remarks he made in an interview with CNN.
He then turned to the ex-veep who increasingly appears to have stabbed Trump in the back and who will likely play a key role in the regime’s efforts to convict the former POTUS in a D.C. courtroom.
“I want to say something to Mike Pence, who has turned out to be quite the weasel. Mike Pence fought like hell, he didn’t want to testify in front of this grand jury, he didn’t want to give his notes to this grand jury, now we know why, he’s scribbling them down in the meeting,” he said. “Well, he had to give them up, then he gives them up and he comes out, he’s like all of a sudden a drama queen! ‘I said no!’ because his notes were in there, he’s flipped completely, ‘and I stopped a constitutional crisis.’ You did?”

He also hammered current Attorney General Merrick Garland after a clip was shown of President Joe Biden in which he vowed to prevent Trump from ever being president again.
“I think the mob boss who runs the Department of Justice is already well aware of what his job is, now how do we know that?” Levin asked. “Every single indictment has been approved by the attorney general of the United States, every single one of them. This special counsel was picked because he was close to Eric Holder, he was close to Jim Comey, he was close to Andrew Weissmann. This isn’t an independent operation, I explained it on my show Sunday.”
“All they did is they took the worst actors under the Obama-Biden-Holder administration, they set them apart, called them special counsel. They have up to 60 FBI agents… 60 FBI agents, and prosecutors, he brought in his old chums from the Public Integrity Section, another buddy from The Hague,” referring to Smith. “He was sent to The Hague, it’s not like ‘Can I go to The Hague?’Â he was so bad he was sent overseas.”
“This man has been reversed by three separate juries, he was reversed by an 8-0 Supreme Court, as I explained on Sunday, he takes these statutes that don’t even apply, he takes statutes and he rewrites them. He knows that he’s in Washington, D.C. He’s got a grand jury in Washington, D.C., he’s got the worst radical left-wing Obama judge in America, somehow gets the case. She’s in charge of the case. He can indict Trump for drinking too much orange juice and everybody would say great, he’s not above the law.”
“They didn’t find – and I told you this months ago – not a syllable of evidence that Donald Trump was involved in overthrowing the government in an insurrection or anything else,” Levin later added. “As a matter of fact, he left office when he was supposed to leave office, that’s what he did. They went after him before he was elected, they went after him when he was elected, they went after him in four years of his presidency. They’re going after him now, and this is a disgrace to the whole country.”
