Eric Swalwell finally figured out why Dems lost. Apparently, voters craved more Kamala word salad.

Democrats have been trying to learn from their overwhelming failure in 2024, and somehow this is all Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) could come up with.

Instead of viewing the lack of enthusiasm for their party as an indictment of their policies and trying to establish beliefs that are closer to what the American people want from an elected official, Swalwell thinks that more Vice President Kamala Harris would have done the trick.

Watch:

“Congressman, if you could give us just one line, what did you learn from the 2024 election? What should Democrats not do next time?” Swalwell was asked during a segment on CNN.

“We have to always be on, and let me just give you an example. Most people say that the biggest mistake that Kamala Harris made was that she wouldn’t do anything different than Joe Biden when she went on The View. I don’t think that was the biggest mistake, and candidates trip up all the time. I think the mistake was that there were many days that would pass before she would do another major interview. And Donald Trump makes three mistakes an hour, but he’s always on, and so when you’re always communicating, not just to cable news, but to local news, to podcasters, to influencers, always on means you’re always honest,” he said. “And we have the values on our side, and now we just have to be in more places, more spaces, and that’s why we’re going to win the midterms in just 18 months.”
